Coaching in a Character Culture
for Purpose, Potential, and Performance in the Workplace
~ Author Kathleen Redmond
Coaching in a Character Culture is the third in the La Maison du Parc series. See below for other books by Kathleen.

Coaching in a Character Culture is for you if, 1) you value the concept of developing character and deem it important and significant in today's workplace, 2) you are a leader who chooses to use coaching skills to engage your direct reports, peers, and your own mentors, 3) you are an executive coach who wishes to demonstrate the difference between executive coaching and the leader as coach.

"In a time when we are witnessing many corporate environments erode from a lack of integrity, intention, clear expectations, engagement, and civility, this book uses the inclusive power of storytelling to offer an accessible, practical, proven approach, and a wealth of effective tools which are grounded in solid research." - Laura K. Williams, Principal, Williams HR Law Professional Corporation
